What sizes do your hats come in?
We offer sizes from Small to XX-Large. Check our Hat Sizing Chart for exact measurements.
How do I measure my head?
Use a soft measuring tape around your head, just above the ears and across your mid-forehead. Compare it to our size chart.
What materials do you use?
We use 100% Rabbit Fur Felt, 100X Beaver Felt, Ecuadorian & Bolivian wool, and leather sweatbands. All handcrafted in Seattle.
Can I customize a hat?
Yes — felt type, brim, crown, ribbon, color, and details. Custom hats have a 4–6 week turnaround. Email info@hoylehat.com.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Too many items were worn and returned after vacations. All hats are final sale — especially custom builds. Thank you for understanding.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-wear ships in 3–5 days. Custom builds ship in 4–6 weeks depending on complexity and materials.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Rates calculated at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
How should I care for my hat?
Store cool and dry. Use a hat brush or roller. Handle by the brim. Avoid getting it soaked. Air dry if needed.

Yes — for Hoyle Hat Co. products only. Email info@hoylehat.com with photos for assessment.
Do you have a physical shop?
We are based in Seattle and operate by appointment only. Studio visits and pop-ups are announced via email or Instagram.
