Hoyle Hat’s traveling Seattle Hat Bar turns hotels, wineries, barns, rooftops, and ballrooms into live hat studios. From events at Four Seasons poolside summers to the State Hotel, we do all weddings, and private wine-clubs around Washington and the west coast, we build custom brims on-site so your guests leave with a one-of-a-kind Seattle-made heirloom.
We’re not in the business of fast-fashion or costume-grade hats. This is a top-shelf experience. Our goal is that you leave with a piece you’ll actually wear for years, not a prop for the night.
Instead of just picking a hat and having a ribbon slapped on, you’ll design, shape, burn, dress, and customize your hat your way, alongside our hatmaker. For hosts who want to go even further, we can also create custom branding irons for your event (upon request).
Every activation blends fine hat-making, storytelling, and the energy of your event: steam, shaping, burning, trim selection, initials branded into the crown — all happening live in front of your guests.
We help you plan hat and guest counts ahead of time and offer flexible payment options and in-house financing on qualifying activations.

Where do you travel?
We’re based in downtown Seattle and regularly serve hotels, wineries, and venues across the Puget Sound, Eastern Washington, and select out-of-state destinations.
How many guests can you handle?
We scale staffing and hat inventory to your event. Intimate 20-person welcome party or 200-guest corporate activation — we’ll design the right flow and send you a hat & guest count planning page so everyone is covered.
What does pricing look like?
Pricing depends on hat materials, guest count, location, and schedule. Most hosts choose a per-guest budget with premium upgrade paths. We’ll outline everything clearly in your proposal.
Do you offer ready-to-wear and full customs?
Yes. We can run high-volume ready-to-wear bars or slower, fully custom builds for VIP experiences — or split the room between both.
Can you co-brand with our winery / hotel / company?
Absolutely. We can incorporate subtle brand marks, event icons, or initials into the trim or branding for a keepsake that still feels elevated.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes. For larger guest counts or multi-day experiences, we offer phased payments and in-house financing options, subject to approval. Share your budget range and we’ll build a structure that works.
