Post-Harvest Celebration at Russell’s: A Night of Washington Craft, Community & The Hat Bar Experience

On November 20th, 2025, Hoyle Hat Co. had the honor of bringing The Hat Bar Experience to one of Washington’s most anticipated evenings—the Post-Harvest Celebration at Russell’s Restaurant & Loft in Bothell.

Hosted by some of the Pacific Northwest’s most respected names in wine and culinary excellence—Gilles Nicault of Long Shadows Vintners, Christophe Baron of Cayuse, and Chef Russell Lowell—this intimate soirée blended elegance, artistry, and local pride in a way only Washington can.

A Curated Washington Celebration

Inside the historic loft, guests were welcomed into a warm, lively atmosphere filled with signature Northwest details:

• Nine exceptional wines from Gilles and Christophe

• Live aerial performance elevating the energy

• Music from DJ Jay Curry

• A luxe photo booth

• Chef Russell’s French-inspired creations, including escargot puff pastry and duck confit

• 

The event delivered a rare harvest-season experience—selling out quickly and attracting wine lovers, chefs, creatives, and Washington community members.

We brought our full Hat Bar setup to the loft—inviting guests to create their own handcrafted, personalized hats with ribbons, leather bands, beads, feathers, and thoughtful details.
